Reimagined, reopened, renewed.

Perched at 960 m altitude on the slopes of Tâmpa, overlooking the historic city of Brașov, Restaurant Panoramic represents a landmark of local gastronomy and urban charm. After years of closure, the venue was revitalized under Ana Hotels Group with a full reopening in late 2025.

LP Hospitality played a key role in this transformation: we conducted a full audit of the existing concept, re-designed the food and beverage menu, optimized operational flows and staffing structure, conducted staff training, implemented new event-hosting concepts, and managed the operational follow-up post-reopening to ensure consistent quality and service.

The renewed menu combines local flavors with contemporary culinary influences, offering refined dishes crafted from fresh, regional ingredients, all aligned with the restaurant’s iconic setting and elevated guest experience.

Through this collaboration, Panoramic has regained its status as a signature dining venue, harmonizing exceptional views with a modern, well-structured gastronomic concept.
